The Challenge
Why we built our own healthcare SaaS
After years of building healthcare software for clients, we saw the same problems everywhere: clinics juggling 5-6 disconnected tools, legacy systems that hadn't adopted AI or modern integrations, and no single platform that covered the full clinic workflow from front desk to patient engagement. Existing solutions either lacked features, couldn't scale across branches, or missed critical integrations like WhatsApp, LHDN e-Invoicing, and payment gateways. We decided to build the system we wished existed — not as a client project, but as our own product.
Fragmented Clinic Tools
Clinics using 5-6 disconnected tools — WhatsApp for reminders, Excel for inventory, paper forms for registration, separate EMR, separate billing — with zero data flow between them.
Legacy Systems Stagnant
Existing clinic management systems failed to adopt modern technology like AI, struggled with multi-branch scaling, and lacked integrations with WhatsApp, e-invoicing, and payment gateways.

MedicalMet replaces the entire fragmented tool stack with one cloud-based platform. The clinic dashboard (VueJS) handles front desk operations, clinical workflows, and business management. The patient app (Flutter) drives engagement and retention. The AI engine powers treatment notes, clinical timelines, and customer profiling. Everything connects through a Laravel and Node.js API layer backed by MySQL with Redis queuing and Google Cloud Storage for medical records and assets.
