Advisory Apps organised a mini team building session (virtual & indoor) to gather all staff and play around. Despite the challenges of the pandemic period, the team found creative ways to stay connected and engaged. These sessions provided a welcome break from daily project work and gave everyone a chance to interact in a fun, low-pressure environment.
The 2021 session was held during a time when Malaysia was navigating movement restrictions, so the team adapted with a hybrid format that included virtual games, online trivia, and indoor challenges at the office for those who could attend safely. The activities were designed to be inclusive so that remote participants felt just as involved as those on-site. Laughter, friendly rivalry, and a healthy dose of competitive energy made the sessions memorable for everyone.
