Do you sign NDAs to protect my idea?

Absolutely. Protecting your intellectual property is a fundamental part of how we work. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any detailed project discussions begin.

Our IP Protection Process

• Pre-engagement NDA: Before we discuss project specifics, we sign a mutual or one-way NDA — whichever you prefer. This covers all information shared during the consultation and scoping phase.
• Full IP transfer: Upon project completion and final payment, complete intellectual property ownership — including all source code, designs, documentation, and assets — transfers to you.
• No code reuse: We do not reuse your proprietary code in other client projects. Your business logic, data models, and custom implementations remain exclusively yours.
• Secure development practices: Source code is stored in private repositories with role-based access controls. Only team members assigned to your project have access.

• UI/UX design files (Figma)
• API documentation
• Deployment configurations
• Technical documentation

Third-Party & Open Source

If the project uses open-source libraries or third-party services, these remain under their original licences. We document all dependencies so you have full transparency about what your project relies on and the applicable licence terms.
