No. Transparency is one of our core values. Our project quotes cover everything needed to build and launch your product. There are no surprise invoices or undisclosed fees.

What Is Included in Our Quotes

• UX/UI design: Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Development: Frontend, backend, mobile app, and admin dashboard development.
• QA & testing: Manual testing, automated tests, and bug fixes before launch.
• Deployment: Server setup, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and app store submissions.
• Project management: Sprint planning, demos, and communication throughout.
• Documentation: Technical docs, API documentation, and handover materials.

Ongoing Costs (Quoted Separately)

These are standard costs that any software product incurs, and we discuss them upfront during scoping:

• Hosting: Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) — typically RM 200–2,000/month depending on traffic and services.
• App store fees: Apple Developer Program (USD 99/year), Google Play Console (USD 25 one-time).
• Third-party services: Payment gateway transaction fees, SMS/WhatsApp API costs, email service providers.
• SSL certificates: Usually free with Let's Encrypt; premium certificates if required.
• Domain name: Annual renewal fees for your domain.

Maintenance & Support

Post-launch maintenance is optional and quoted separately. We offer flexible plans — monthly retainer or pay-as-you-need. The scope and cost depend on your requirements (bug fixes only, or bug fixes + feature enhancements + monitoring).

We provide a full cost breakdown during scoping so there are no surprises. If anything changes during development, we discuss it with you before any additional costs are incurred.
