Yes, Advisory Apps uses a milestone-based payment structure rather than requiring full payment upfront. Our standard terms are 40% upon project kickoff, 30% at the midpoint milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance.

Standard Payment Milestones

• 40% — Project kickoff: Due after signing the agreement and before development begins. This covers initial planning, architecture, and design work.
• 30% — Midpoint delivery: Due when key features are demonstrated in a staging environment. The exact milestone is defined in your project proposal.
• 30% — Final delivery: Due upon project completion, user acceptance testing sign-off, and handover of all deliverables.

Flexible Arrangements for Larger Projects

For enterprise projects exceeding RM 150,000 or those running longer than six months, we can split payments across more milestones — for example, five or six smaller installments tied to sprint deliveries. This keeps cash flow manageable on your end while ensuring our team stays resourced throughout the engagement.

Time-and-Materials Billing

If your project uses a time-and-materials contract, billing typically happens monthly based on actual hours worked. We provide detailed timesheets and progress reports with each invoice so you always know what you are paying for.
