What are the payment terms?
Our payment terms are milestone-based by default, but we are flexible and can structure terms to suit your organisation's procurement process.
Standard Payment Structure
For Fixed-Price Projects
- 30% — Project Kickoff: Paid upon signing the agreement. This covers discovery, scoping, and the initial design phase.
- 30% — Design Approval: Paid when UX/UI designs are approved and development begins.
- 30% — Development Milestones: Paid upon completion of agreed development milestones (e.g., beta delivery, feature-complete build).
- 10% — Final Delivery: Paid upon successful deployment, testing signoff, and project handover.
For Time-and-Materials Projects
- Monthly invoicing based on actual hours worked.
- Timesheets provided with each invoice for full transparency.
- Payment terms: Net 14 or Net 30 days, depending on your organisation.
Flexibility
We understand that different organisations have different procurement processes. We work with:
- Corporate purchase orders and multi-approval workflows
- Government procurement timelines and documentation requirements
- Startup-friendly terms with smaller milestone increments
- Custom milestone structures aligned to your business events

No hidden costs. Our quotes cover design, development, testing, and deployment. Ongoing costs like hosting, app store fees, and maintenance are discussed upfront and quoted separately.
Pricing & BudgetDo you offer fixed-price or time-and-materials contracts?
Both. For well-defined projects with clear scope, we offer fixed-price quotes. For evolving projects, we use time-and-materials with transparent weekly reporting.
